How do we begin to express
our thanks to you? Being in the final stages of originally planning
this meeting to be held in New Orleans, Hurricane Katrina pulled the rug
out from underneath us. With only ten weeks before our meeting was to
start, we looked to Ft. Lauderdale for help. It was our good fortune
when were referred to you. After telling you our plight, you didn’t
hesitate, but stepped up to the plate and helped us plan the entire
event through phone calls, e-mails, and faxes. By the time we finally
did meet you, we felt like we had known you forever.
Brenda, we have received
nothing but compliments on the ladies program and evening events. The
Caribbean barbecue with the band, limbo dancer and delicious food was a
bit hit with the group. Everyone really got into the spirit of the
event. One couple told us, “You really know how to throw a party!”
Your suggestions for the
ladies program were a big hit. The ladies really enjoyed visiting
Vizcaya and the Duck Tour.
Last but not least, your
staff was just wonderful. From Fran, your assistant, to Emmanuel and
Eddie getting us to our destinations in a timely manner, to Anthony with
his “harem” and Norma, who was a delight, our sincerest thanks to you
all for making us feel so welcome.
